Location is super central, close by to Puerto Varas downtown, with a huge supermarket just around the corner. Staff is super friendly, providing already prepared and structured information on what to do in and around Puerto Varas. Shared bathrooms were always spotless. Communal kitchen is fully equipped. Large comfy dorms with big lockers, great common space to hang around and no less than 2 kitchens (one for vegetarians) with free fresh coffee, tea and cake (if you're lucky 😊). Staff are very friendly and Pierre, the owner, obviously cares a lot about his guests. Good value too - Puerto Varas isn't cheap. Surely hope to be back!Guest review byEdwinSolo traveler
