Staff were nice and helpful, and the location was handy for getting to the airport.

Within walking distance of Earl's court subway station which has access to both the district line and the piccadilly line, which for visiting London is more than enough to connect you to any touristy spot of any kind, including the airport or the National Rail stations. The neighborhood is picturesque and the building itself shows that it is a students accommodation, which is not necessarily a bad thing, despite traveling only with other adults i can see this being a very comfortable option for families with children as it offers recreational rooms with a Ping-Pong table as well as kids playgrounds in the surprisingly spacious garden. The reception staff was very friendly and quickly explained me the process of entering the premises with a key fob for the automatic doors to ensure the guests safety in the after-hours when there's no one at the reception. The rooms are "roomy" in size, no AC options but good air circulation, as the purpose of my trip was tourism i barely spent time in the premises but i couldn't find anything negative to say, as i understand this is not a commercial chain hotel which is very clearly shown on the accommodation description (make sure to read the specifics ahead of time), which means it may not be available year-round for obvious reasons. The breakfast and dinner options are filling, delicious and varied with vegetarian options for those looking for that specifically. Adding to the location and the food included, there's simply no better option in this area of London for the price. Everyone in the staff was very friendly and i wouldn't mind staying here again.

the location near to the underground and bus stop. the staffs really helpfull, the do a lot of activities, event tho i didn't join them.. but if you like meeting new people this place is perfect for you.. and if you don't like it, you still love staying here like me.. but keep in mind, you need to bring all of your essensial, except for the kitchen stuff, they will provided for you.. awesome place,, love it..

Fantastic place. Very welcoming staff. I had booking a large mixed dorm but was upgraded to four bed female dorm which was very nice and quiet. All good and exceptionally clean and well maintained facilities.

First of all, amazing staff. Girls in reception was very polite, and did the check-in very fast and smooth, as well as we had a good laugh. Apart from that they did their work professionally. A lot of rooms and great place to stay on a budget, so I would definitely recommend this place if you just need to have few nights for a sleep and thats all. As there are not many other amenities in Hotel/hostel. You get what you pay for, and for the last minute booking, its an amazing option, as well as easy to get to the center by bus or underground.

Their behaviour was very respectful and friendly, and I had a really good feeling staying at this hostel for the night. If I come to London again, I’ll definitely stay here once more.
