Hostels in Piraeus

I had an amazing stay at Mosaikon Glostel! The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions in Athens. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to offer recommendations and assist with anything needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The facilities were well-maintained, and the common areas provided a great space to relax and meet other travelers.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and private, and they also have lockers for your baggage. Amazing place and well located.

My first time staying at a Hostel and the outstanding kitchen well equipped with everything you could ever need is a highlight for sure, the labeling system and the "sharing" sections give you an insight to previous travellers. I found baking soda and to be honest you could have the biggest cook-off in this kitchen, if i were to stay longer i would have made more use of it but Athens got so much great food around so it was mainly used for breakfast and midnight snack. Bonus points for having stuff like ice cubes / freezer etc.. and so much space for sitting and eating but also enough space for multiple people. Good wash up system everything appeared clean and ready to use. All the guest i met was incredibly respectful, some more outgoing than others, i was pleasantly surprised to discover that (this) Hostel was so calm, quiet, and friendly. I think it might not be the best for socializing, interact with new people, you need to actively engage if you want any memorable moments. People of all ages and origin. 8 bed dorm was well equipped with everything you would need, the most important features would be the HUGE locker which comes with a personal key so you can rest assured anything important is safe, very accessible and easy to use. The "Curtains" that envelopes the bed are pretty much complete black out curtains which i appreciate. The bed is very comfortable, supporting, hard, duvet was soft and fluffy, pillow was a bit low but you can probably ask for an extra i brought my own. I was asked if i prefer bottom or top bunk, which i appreciate! Plenty of space to put stuff and there is a huge drawer appropriate for clothes etc. Night lamp conveniently placed, strong and easy to find in the dark together with dual power sockets. Shower strong pressure, toilets nice. No noise except for a snoring (earplugs can be good) Shampoo / towels supplied BALCONY is AMAZING Top floor blew me away once i discovered it (seems secret) Good internet !

The staff and facilities are amazing. I travelled out of Canada for the first time on my own and was afraid of what to expect. When my cards weren't working the staff was there to help me through it. They are all very accommodating and helpful. The owner is awesome. The cleanliness is also so impressive! And all the kitchen appliances are impressive as well as all the dishes, pots, etc. truly exceptional, thank you when in Athens. Also spot is in a good area and the hostel has loads of security. If you're a solo traveller and are unsure where to stay, stay here :)

Perfect match for solo travellers who want to meet young travellers

Very nice hostel near city centre. Acropolis and other monuments were approx. 15 minutes’ walk. A lot of really nice restaurants were just around a corner. But hostel was still in a quiet street. The staff was really friendly.

The staff was great and I met lifelong friends in the hostel. Breakfast had boiled eggs which one musician friend found refreshing.

Perfect location and very nice common places. Top décoration.
