The hostel was really clean (they have daily cleaning services, which is a great perk!). The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. I also really appreciated the free laundry facilities. The location was good—the 17 bus was right around the corner and takes you to the heart of Florence. I really enjoyed my stay.

I really like the social areas in the reception, gives you the option to sit and have breakfast, work or even read a book if you really want to. Its not noisy which makes it very relaxing and the rooms are very comfortable. Its right in front of the train station which makes it easy to reach the center of Florence.

The breakfast was good and served in time, very cozy hall for breakfast. Various options for breakfast. The location is very good. Just a little walk to get the tram station which works every 5 or 10 minutes. For solo travelers it is good option. Staff is very friendly, especially the receptionist young lady was very supportive. Thank you. Will recommend my friends.

It’s such a complete hostel! It’s clean, has a lot of spaces to chill or work. Pool was great for the hot weather! They have activities every night aswell. Rooms are spacious, you get your own power outlet, locker for your things and some toiletries.
