The bed was huge, the biggest one I have seen in Japan so far. Rooms are amall but cozy and clean. The lounge sownstairs is awesome, location is very convenient and the staff is nice and helpful. I would stay again.

Amazing and helpful staff, very responsive and engaged. We had a room with beautiful, big window and stunning view of the river. The room was spacious, which is not common in Japan. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Kitchen was a bit small and can could get crowded, but it is not a big deal. We did not have much „in person” contact with the personel, they might seem a bit invisible and absent from the facility, but that is just an impression. Trust us- we had an emergency situation and they helped us to solve it despite the fact it was quite late and it was not their responsibility and fault at all.

Everything is perfect, the room is warm in winter. Staff is very nice and friendly, location is also good, near to Hiroshima station, however it takes a while walking to central area.

Great facilities , great staff, room was BIG. Hostel was a little out of the city but train station was a 5 min walk so no issue. They have a little shop and cook food on site

I liked that its walking distance to everything like convenience store, bus stop, clothing stores etc.
