Location is very convenient if you have to go to Haneda Airport. Just 10 min away and you can easily get a bus or train within walking distance. For a NOT morning person like me, that booked a flight in the morning, staying here did make a huge difference.

Great stay! The location is perfect, in a very quiet street. Communication was excellent, and the apartment is clean, cozy, and welcoming. Honestly, nothing to complain about – I highly recommend it!

Akasaka guest house hive is a home away from home with staff that genuinely value your wellbeing. Every staff member is accomodating and go the extra mile to assist you. I had misplaced an item during an evening visit to shibuya and one of the staff members, Kaori, went out of her way to call various venues and eventually helped me find it! The best aspects of staying at HIVE besides the awesome staff are: - Shibuya and shinjuku can easily be reached from this location - The hostel bed areas are spacious and have ample compartments for hanging clothes and valuables - The common area had murals decorated by travellers which gave the hostel a homely touch - The kitchen area had food items that were free - Convenience stores and trains are within walking distance You definitely leave as a friend!

Very good location if you like to hang out late in Shinjuku. Helpful staff that can speak English. The common area was clean and well equipped. Shower rooms and toilets were spacious and comfortable. Overall my time here was smooth.

Hostel DEN was booked for a last minute trip to Tokyo - and I'm glad this was where I chose to stay! I travelled solo for my birthday, and I think what (or who) stood out the most was their staff Manami. There was a inconvenience caused by another guest and I wasn't sure if the management has encountered anything similar to it before, so I didn't know how they'll be able to respond to the situation. But they went above and beyond my expectations. Manami-san, thank you for making my stay warm and worthwhile! Bunk beds were of decent size. There's a small kitchen for the guests' needs. My favorite part also is when walking to the train station, I get to see the neighborhood passing by a small children's park.
