I loved how close it was to a lot of places I had on my itinerary I took forever to build. The hosts were very helpful despite our language barriers- it is a pity I don’t know much Korean- google translate is my best friend. They arranged a cab back to the station for me - which was extremely helpful with my multiple luggage issue nearing the end of my journey for a month in Japan & South Korea. It is a very convenient location & the room was great- I wish I was there longer- I would have used that clothing steamer (LG) for my dress & had a nice dinner out. The wine/bar fridge was also super nice- but yes a little noisy- what fridge isn’t? The TV was nice. I really have nothing negative to say- it was clean, comfortable, quiet & just what I needed :) I would recommend this place for a great stay in Gyeongju - which I wish I had more time bc there is so many historical sites to see.

1. Beautifully designed and an aesthetically designed place. Very new and the facilities are shiny. 2. Quiet and private. 3. Great rooms! Spacious, cozy and the bathroom is huge. 4. The in room amenities are great! Didn't expect to see such stuff. 5. Location - a minute's walk from both the Intercity and the express bus terminal. The bus from Gyeongju KTX station (No 50 & 51) will drop you right across the road from the hostel. Also there are multiple options of convenience stores and restaurants nearby.

Everything was great! The only thing is that the ladies' bathroom gets a bit congested when the hostel is full because it's a small bathroom.

The location was very convenient and close to the tombs and very central. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was ok size and clean. It looks better than the pics actually. Not so many options for the complimentary breakfast but it was still enough. Totally recommend it.

The guesthouse feels so warm and homely, with a well equipped kitchen, very relaxing common area. Room and bathroom were spotless It is ideally located near the main tourist area and public transport. The host was super nice, helpful and communicated really well. My room was a quadruple but I was the only one there, still not 100% sure it's a room or a dorm though... Definitely one of my top stays in Korea!

Gwangju is underestimated, most ppl stay for 1,2 days it's deserving for more ...and doobaki is the best for that, moreover if planning day off or bad weather no worries, very specious cannon area . Owner who is also backpack and motorbike travler so know how it is ,Super friendly ,.superb stay :))

Location was super convenient for the bus terminal and the historic sites. Close access to good restaurants and a coin laundromat too! Room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed.
