The Tanja Lucia hostel is in a perfect location to explore the medina and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Someone even came to meet us af the medina gate to guide us in. The propis spotlessly clean everywhere and the shared bathroom we used was immaculate. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay inside the old medina.

The staff (Murad) was super nice and helpful, really good equipped and clean kitchen, coffee available, nice rooftop, comfy mattresses, even a luggage scale available, would come back!

We didn't expect very much for the cheap prices so we were very positively surprised by this hostel! Nice rooms with little details and a great roof terrace. Younes, who runs it, is so friendly, speaks perfect English and helped with everything! Where we should go, how not to get into tourist traps and things like that. We had great breakfast together and he even arranged another hotel in Chefchaouen with a discount. Great stay, absolutely recommend! Thanks very much Younes :-)

My stay was excellent all round, and exactly what i was looking for and needed, from the hostel. Location couldnt be better placed, at the heart of the Medina. No faults at all with cleanliness and comfort. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Amazing value for money! Plus the roof top terrace, overlooking the Medina and down the coast, was breathtaking..!!
