The person in charge is very friendly and helpful, you could message him on what’s app and get quick response and help. We stayed at this hostel for 5 nights in Kuching. The Air con works very well and room is fully equipped with shared washing machine and dryer machine, freezer, kitchen facilities，etc. You can refill your bottle in water dispenser. The main advantage of this hostel is close to the waterfront. It means you can walk to everywhere in downtown without grab.

I stayed in a room with private bathroom. The room is cozy and comfortable. Shared kitchen have microwave, toaster, cookers, easy to have a good breakfast. Check in process is easy and the staff is very friendly. Didn't try the swimming pool but it looks really clean.
