it’s absolutely gorgeous and located in the jungle at the base of volcan maderas. the owners and staff are beautiful and so helpful and will organise any tours for you or help you with anything you need. Off the grid, welcoming Hostel. Once you walk the 5min path in the jungle, you arrive in the most charming place. I loved the vibe here. The staff is very helping and welcoming. Very good vibe among the guests. Plenty of workshops to keep yourself busy everyday. The sunset from the mirador is beautiful. I’ll be back <3

loved everything! such a lovely and idyllic little paradise. I felt at home and at ease the moment I set foot in this place. every single one of the staff at El Pital is so welcoming and friendly and simply a joy to be around. - you made my stay here that much more happy! special shout-out to Danibeth, Junior, Angel and Ashley! the Yoga classes in the mornings were the best I’ve had on my trip so far and the cacao ceremony with Mia was absolutely fantastic! I’ve also done the cacao tour, which I can highly recommend. - Justin is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about cacao, which made it the most entertaining, in-depth and eye open tour I’ve been on. we were all just hanging on Justin‘s lips and didn’t realise how the hours past. Shout out to the ladies and gentlemen in the little chocolate factory who bring all the cacao magic to life!

Everything was perfect! The place was super clean, the breakfast delicious and the staff it’s awesome, very friendly and kind, they really make you feel home. I booked for one night at first but I ended up spending there three more nights! If I’ll be in Ometepe again I will definitely stay there!
