I absolutely love the vibes at this hostel! The staff, volunteers, and local rasta crew are all so friendly and welcoming it really feels like everyone is part of one big family. The location by the beach is so peaceful, and the rooms are very clean and quiet, perfect for resting. The whole place is well-maintained, which makes it even more relaxing. The bar has such a chill atmosphere you can feel the sea breeze while lounging in the cargo net, or enjoy a game of skateboard, ping pong, pool, and of course my favorite… beer pong! There’s always something fun to do, but also plenty of space to just unwind. Overall, the hostel has such a homely paradise vibe. I only wish I had more time to stay longer, but I’ll definitely be coming back and next time I’m bringing friends!

My stay at Frida Ka was very nice. The hostel is located right along the main pathway to the beach, though I didn’t spend much time there. More importantly, it’s in the heart of the main strip, making it super easy to walk to all the nearby restaurants and shops. Although it’s a hostel, it’s not a social one, which made for a quiet and relaxing stay. I stayed in a mixed dorm and had no issues with the other occupants. The breakfast was great—not included, but reasonably priced for the area. The staff was friendly and always remembered me whenever I passed by, which added a nice personal touch. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

The hostel is nice and great price value. Perfect for couples, friends, backpackers, really good vibe people!!! Not for fussy ones. My beautiful partner and I had a cute private bedroom, queen size bed, with private bathroom which was convenient and comfortable for us. AC worked really well yayy! and one night it got too cold haha. We liked our room, has the basic things we needed and it was nice :) The staff: LOVED them all!! They were like a family vibe. They always smile and willing to help their guests - very helpful in helping us book transportation, and really provided amazing hospitality! They were sweet, funny, personable and just super nice people. Thank you everyone who worked there for your kindness and care. They made us feel home. Amazing location!!! - in Corong Corong beach. You’ll see big El Nido mountain view with the calm water and Filipino boats around. Really beautiful!!! Then there were other restaurants and small beach bars along the beach, walking distance from the hostel. We also loved the Sip Sunset Lounge by the beach, which is part of the hostel. Always had good breakfast and then cocktail hours with great music. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely rebook again and we encourage travellers to stay here and enjoy Filipino hospitality and gorgeous nature. We can’t wait to come back again!! :)
