I had an incredible stay at We Hate F Tourist in Lisbon, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best hostels I’ve ever visited. From the moment I arrived, I felt like part of a close-knit community rather than just another guest. The staff here are absolute legends. Whether it’s giving insider tips on the best local spots, recommending the perfect café, or just having a good chat, they make you feel at home. The atmosphere is spot on. It’s social without being overwhelming, meaning you can meet like-minded travelers easily but still have your space if you need it. The common areas are cozy and well-designed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location? Perfect. Right in the heart of Lisbon, it’s within walking distance of the best viewpoints, cool bars, and historic streets. Public transport is also super accessible, making it easy to explore further. And let’s not forget the breakfast and events. Whether it’s family dinners, pub crawls, or just good conversations over coffee in the morning, they’ve nailed the balance between socializing and comfort. Super location in centre but on the calm and silent street. Reception is 24h and staff is professional and super nice. I extended my staying there - hostel is great, warm (in February) but with fresh air, no mold!, spatial, with nice decoration. I stayed in dorm - big, with confortable beds, big windows, enough space between bunk beds, personal lamps, warm blanket. Kitchen is very good equipped. Few kinds tea free for guests, also spices, vinegar and olive oil. Breakfast is including and delicious. All hostel is super clean, even in the morning bathrooms are tidy up

It was perfect. I stayed there only for one night but would stay more next time. It had everything I needed and was very clean. The staff was amazing and helpful. I could check in earlier - of course it's not always possible but you can also store your luggage there what I also did. Felt safe there, can recommend to solo travelers.

Amazing location. Very central. Breakfast was really good. There are so many options and very filling. Rooms were nice and comfortable with curtains for privacy. If you have the time, treat yourself to a wonderful massage with Najma. She's really incredible, I enjoyed the relaxing massage very much. People were lovely. It's a shame I wasn't there for the dinners because the menu looked fantastic, especially because they catered for vegetarian too.

The staff, cleanliness, and comfort of the hostel were at the highest level. I felt at home. In fact, the hostel is located on the floor of a house, and the kitchen is very cozy with a beautiful view. I chose this location because of the price and proximity to the airport.

Raphael and Aline were genuinely lovely people and I could see really took time with everyone to make them feel at home. I had sent a bike bag forward to the hostel which got stuck at the postal depot- Raphael came in on his day off to accompany me to the depot and get it out...really kind. The hostel is small and bijoux, super clean, and close to two or three restaurants and a mini supermarket. Great night's sleep
