That staff was extremely responsive and supportive. I mostly communicated with Cristina, who literally went out of her way to support my arrival. The hostel was in an old neighbourhood so the building had high ceilings, which I love. The location was great, close to everything and the windows were great at isolating noise from outside.

This was our first experience at a hostel, and we loved it! We are an elder couple and we stayed in a private room with a private bath. It was by far the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in.
