I was only here for one night. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and address my needs. I felt cared for. I slept in the girls room. I had the top bed and it was sturdy and fairly quiet as I went up and down. Showers had hot water, internet was fast for video calls, decor of the place very nice.

Loved everything about this place. The beds were very comfortable, rooms cozy, breakfast delicious and filling. The staff were so so friendly and helpful. Had great conversations with other travellers, met some very lovely people. The stay was just perfect!

Very clean, modern, great location. Not sure why it has this rating, should have been much higher. A lot of small things that make the experience great - shampoo in the shower, big kitchen with free coffee, multiple public showers for before/after checkout Really recommended

I had a great time staying at the hotel. It is in a perfect location—central and close to everywhere. The bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Ver is a great man. He is hospitable and friendly. He ensured that I would have a fabulous SF experience during my stay and even drove me around some tourist places. It is value for money, and I totally recommend it!
