I had a change of plan during my travel and they were really helpful, caring about the safety and gave advice about what to do and what to see around there. Regarding the room, the beds have curtains that gave the intimacy needed. I did not use the kitchen and can't say anything about it except that it looked well equipped. I also so that they were games in the living room for residents to use!
