The accommodation provides a shared kitchen and free WiFi. The staff were amazingly kind, friendly, and generous. They went out of their way to make sure I had an excellent experience and not only in Nara but in Japan in general. They are true ambassadors of Japan. I will definitely visit again if I am ever back to Nara- japan .

Very good location, only a few minutes walk from both JR railway station and Kintetsu railway station. Famous relics and Nana museum are 1km away. Bus goes to everywhere. Bedroom and kitchen are very clean. Kitchen are very well equipped. 2 ovens, a lot of pots and plates. 6 people can eat together at kitchen table. Staff is very friendly and speaks good English.

Bed linens and towels are provided free of charge. Female-only dormitory rooms are available. The location is excellent, staff are friendly, clean place, comfortable and well-equipped. I‘m extremely happy that I chose to stay here during my trip to Kyoto.

They organize activities like gaming night and they curate some contents for the guests such as cafe recommendations, interesting events in Kyoto... I liked everything about my stay there

Guests can have a drink at the snack bar. Clean, modern and every item in the room was well thought out. Most importantly the human touch the hosts displayed. Makes you feel at home. Very helpful people.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 600 metres from Shimoyamatobashi Monument. Place has its own charm, cosy and welcoming. Also easy to reach all sites from this location. Very friendly host can only recommend.

We stayed here and took a day trip to kinosaki onsen, facilities were open late even after we got back and it was warm, quiet and cozy. Beds were so comfortable and they had all the amenities you might need while traveling even for a hostel. Would be more than happy to stay here again!

The location was perfect for us as we visited the Shaun the Sheep farm before check-in—it made the journey super convenient. The guesthouse itself was a beautiful blend of traditional Japanese charm and modern touches. We especially loved the dinner—it honestly felt like an omakase experience! Every single dish was thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The peaceful riverside setting and cozy interior made it feel like a hidden gem.
