Everything was nice. Location is really good, near enough to go to the Thamel hub by walk, far enough to not be affected by the noise. The rooftop was really good too!

The towels and comforter smelled extremely clean and the people were friendly and cheerful (the visitors and staff).

All rooms include a safety deposit box, while selected rooms also offer a patio. - Admins are helpful & ready to do more than required: provided a room that was better for my sleep, found yoga mat for me, gave me a long-sleeve & a cover (I had no warm clothes), etc. - The building is deep in the yards from noisy streets. - Several areas to work with laptop. - The yard is beautiful, staff takes care about it: trees & flowers. - All areas on the territory are regularly cleaned. - Etc. Thank you, my expectations were exceeded.

Always hot water, everything clean, everyone genuinely smiling. Such a pleasant stay in the city i know and visit very very frequently but always stay away from the center. Such a personal experience as I got to speak with and get to know the owner and manager personally, who were both so friendly, fun and knowledgeable about the area. The hostel was clean and well maintained and the staff are always happy to help and genuinely want to make your stay as comfortable as possible. I also met such nice and interesting people at the hostel, I can’t say I met anyone I didn’t like! The food was also amazing and really reasonably priced. I ate the best dal bhat I had in my whole Nepal visit and all the vegetables were organic and grown on the hostel’s own farm. Bhaktapur was also an incredible city with such a beautiful insight into traditional Nepali culture with the friendliest people!
