The apartment is within the Regina Palm Resort building ( second floor beachfront) and is accessed by a separate entrance at the side. The beach has many bars, restaurants and mini markets. The apartment is ideally suited for day trips to Dhermi (just 20 minutes through the new tunnel), city of Vlora, Sazan island and the caves on the Karaburun peninsula
The whole bech area is being landscaped as part of the Lungomare Orikum project with new scenic bicycling and walking path that stretches from Vlore to Orikum.
