In the middle of nature on a south slope with dream view to the 'City of Towers' Waidhofen/Ybbs and the mountains lies residence Kohlnberger. Surrounded by some houses, forest, chirping birds and squirrel. The lovingly, newly designed 2 ROOM APARTMENT with BALCONY is a seperate apartment, in our newly adapted attic in a quiet panoramic location ... 'to let your soul dangle'! An elegant and cozy ambience offers high-quality furniture and accessories, carpets made from pure wool and a well equipped kitchen. A solid oak wood bed size 180 x 200 cm, as well as cotton sheets and con underbeds offer best sleeping comfort. An ecological central wood heating and Solar water heating pleases the environment. Located directly on the pilgrim long-distance hiking trail "NÖ Mariazeller-Weg 06" and close to 'River Ybbs Bike Trail'! GOODY: A lockable BIKE GARAGE!
For aktive people: 4 steep curves downhill by feet into the city. Breakfast cafes. Restaurants. Supermarket. Movie theater. Museum. Theatre. Concerts. Fitness center. Wellness. Doctor and hospital. Everything can be reached within 3 to 5 minutes by car. River Ybbs bike trail. Public outdoor pools. Bathing places at river Ybbs. Climbing forest. Wildlife Zoo. Ski resorts. Ice skating rink.
