New and modern apartment perfectly located – quiet – yet right at the doorstep of the United Nations, Austria Center, within less than 5 minutes walking distance from U1 Kaisermühlen VIC metro station, Danube Park, Danube river, Donau Insel park, VIC, supermarket, airport bus. The apartment is very quiet as the street level is pedestrian only and car access is available below.
My apartment is located in Donau-City on the North bank of the Danube river in the DC-Living project. It is easily accessible as it is very close to U1 Kaisermühlen VIC metro station. All required services are available in the neighbourhood including: supermarket, drug store, pharmacy, cafe. restaurants, gyms, Medical services for both children and adults, banks, etc. The apartment is located within less than 3 minutes walk to the Danube park. This is a huge park providing many activities to both parents and children and is connected to the 16 Km long Donau Insel park.
