Company information

We - the Maier family - are very pleased to welcome families with children of all ages in our house. We have two children ourselves, Yadisin is 14 years old and Niklas is 11. We are a very sporty family and love all kind of activities outdoors. Hiking, mountainbiking, downhill biking, climbing, soccer and swimming in summer and skiing and ski touring in winter. We spend most of our leisure time in our lovely nature and can give you a lot of recommendations how to plan your activities here in Kitzbuehel.

Property information

In our house you will feel home as in your "second home". You will enjoy your holidays from the very beginning! We've furnished and decorated our apartments very cosy to make you feel comfortable. Look forward to the relaxing atmosphere!

Neighbourhood information

Directly from our house you can start your outdoor activities in the mountains, hiking, biking or window shopping in town. Those of you who bring a dog can easily walk the dog just around the corner along the river. To get to the skilifts you can either walk (7 - 10 minutes) or take the free shuttle bus opposite from our house. You stay centrally but quiet with a garden around - what else do you want!?
