Ischgl kann auch anders...... Sind Sie auf der Suche nach einem kleinen, ruhigen, gemütlichen Haus, wo noch der Mensch zählt und wir persönlich für Sie da sind? Möchten Sie in einer ungezwungenen, familiären Atmosphäre entspannen? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig. Für "Partygäste" und Jugendgruppen ist unser Haus nicht geeingnet. Wir versuchen unseren Gästen einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Unser Haus liegt auf der Sonnenseite von Ischgl, ca. 6 Gehminuten von der Pardatschgrat und Fimba Seilbahn bzw. vom Zentrum entfernt. Die Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken sind im Tiroler Stil (Einbaumöbel / Doppelbetten = nicht trennbar / 2 Matratzen) mit Dusche, WC, Fön, Kosmektikspiegel, W-Lan, Internet-TV-Radio, Zimmersafe, Schreibtisch, Sitzecke und Balkon ausgestattet. Das Doppelzimmer Souterrain liegt im Kellergeschoß, daher besteht keine freie Sicht. Das Fenster mündet in einen kurzen Lichtschacht hinaus. In diesem Zimmer kann man die Boxbetten trennen. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt Sie den Tag gestärkt beginnen. Die ZIMMER werden am Mittwoch nicht gereinigt. Ausnahme an den Abreisetagen. Reinigung der Ferienwohnungen: am Montag und Donnerstag werden die Handtücher gewechselt, Boden gereinigt und Müll entsorgt. Die Ferienwohnungen laufen unter Selbstversorgung. Es besteht KEINE Möglichkeit im Haus Frühstück dazu zu buchen. Wir freuen uns Sie kennenlernen zu dürfen! Martina & Christian Marien

Die neue SILVRETTA-THERME ist ca. 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Pardatschgratbahn und Fimbabahn sind in ca. 6 Gehminuten durch den Tunnel bei der Parking Lounge erreichbar. Das Ortszentrum ist ebenfalls in ca. 6 Minuten mit dem Personenlift in der Parking Lounge erreichbar. Dort finden Sie Restaurants, Pizzerien, Kneipen, Bars, Après Ski-Lokale, Sportgeschäfte, etc. Der nächste Supermarkt BILLA ist in der selben Zeit erreichbar. In Ischgl benötigen Sie kein Auto. Die Entfernungen sind minimal, zumal im Ortskern Fahrverbot herrscht. Unser Haus liegt auf der Sonnenseite von Ischgl. Auf einer kleinen Anhöhe, mitten in einer Wiese. Unsere Seite des Dorfes Ischgl gehört zu dem ruhigeren Wohngebiet. Die Sparzierwege beginnen direkt vor dem Haus. Die Schönheit und Faszination der Berge, der Natur, Flora und Fauna, begleiten Sie bei jedem Schritt und Blick.
