Surrounded by the Gailtal Alps and Carnic Alps, Pension & Apartments Waldkrieber in Southern Carinthia is a 3-minute walk from Lake Presseggersee, the Erlebnispark (adventure park) and many restaurants. Free WiFi is available in the entire house. Most rooms offer panoramic lake and mountain views from their balconies and large windows. From 2020, a new one with two apartments is available for guests. In the morning, a rich breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 to 9:30. The bar is open in the evenings, and group dinners can be ordered during the winter season, upon prior reservation Only a 3-minute walk from the Waldkrieber, a spa center in a neighboring hotel can be used by guests at an additional cost. The Nassfeld Ski Area is 15 minutes away by car. The free ski bus stops a 3-minute walk away from the guest house. In winter, when Lake Pressegg is frozen enough, it is also suitable for winter walks and ice-skating. In summer, the lake is one of the warmest in Austria.
