Griaß dich! Welcome to Sonnenalp Appartements Wildschönau. In the Sonnenalp apartment building in Niederau Wildschönau, we rent out several apartments owned by Dutch owners. These are the Sonnenalp Bergruhe, Markbachjoch, Sonnhang, Ski Juwel, and Mountainview apartments. We act as an intermediary between the homeowners and holiday guests. Reservations are processed through us, and we ensure that everything is ready for a wonderful holiday in Niederau upon arrival. The Wildschönau Valley has much to offer in both summer and winter: various sporting activities, beautiful nature, and cultural attractions nearby. Many guests have enjoyed a wonderful holiday in one of the Sonnenalp apartments. We look forward to welcoming you!

This is a large and modernized apartment in the Sonnenalp building on the ground floor for up to 8 people. LAYOUT: Entrance / wardrobe. Living / dining room: Dining corner max. 8 people, Living room with a decorative fireplace, inter alia, 2 person sofa, coffee table, TV (with DVD player (with furniture / storage cupboard). Door to terrace. Kitchen: 4-ring ceramic hob, Extractor hood, Oven, Kettle, Coffee maker, Fridge with freezer compartment, Dishwasher, Vacuum cleaner, Storage cupboards. Three Bedrooms with wardrobes. Two bedrooms for 2 persons; the beds in these rooms can be configured as doubles or singles, allowing for flexible bedroom layouts.. One bedroom with double high sleeper (140x200, just for kids) en two beds (80x200) with door to terrace. Two Bathrooms with Shower cabin/walk-in shower, drying rack, toilet, sink with mirror (lamp). Terrace: spacious, south facing, with beautiful view. You will receive a free Wildschönau Premium Card from us. This card offers many advantages in both winter and summer, such as access to local museums, free guided walks, FREE use of cable cars from mid-May to mid-October, FREE access to the public swimming pool in summer and much more!

Neighbourhood information

Located just 300 meters from the gondola and the ski slope of Niederau. Everything can be reached on foot (ski rental, ski school, shops, restaurants, bank etc). You can basically leave the car for the whole holiday at the parking lot (s) belonging to the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped, ski room in the basement. Throughout the year there is plenty to do for young and old in the cozy Wildschönau!
