Leave the car in the driveway and enjoy this perfectly located residence. 400m from restaurants, supermarkets and licensed venues. Start your morning with a coffee whilst taking in the view of Mt Buffalo. Continue the day with a ride on the Rail Trail, walk up Reform Hill or the iconic Mosaic Trail along the Ovens River - all starting from your doorstep! Easy drive to King Valley, Beechworth, Bright, Mount Buffalo, Lake Buffalo, Mt Beauty and the snow fields.

Being located in the CBD the location is very private especially after 5pm when most businesses close. This place has a very private and secluded back yard. Your best bet is to walk or ride around town. Enjoy the local restaurants and cafes within 5 min walk, or jump on a bike and ride to The Ovens Hotel only 4km up the road. This place is perfect to explore the local regions including Bright, Mt Buffalo, Beechworth, Stanley and the Alpine Peaks.
