This freshly renovated 1950’s beach house is sure to delight all with its character & charm. Nestled amongst the skyline of Surfers Paradise & Broadbeach 100 metre walk to golden sands & sparkling ocean. Whether walking the beach, grabbing breakfast or coffee at the many local cafes, walking to the surf clubs, shopping at Pacific Fair, theme parks, swimming, surfing, or visiting the casino, this location has it all. In the midst of a mecca of entertainment & award-winning restaurants. The space 2 large bedrooms + sunroom converted to Bedroom, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, laundry including new washing machine & dryer, backyard with BBQ and outdoor dining & seating and plenty of area for the kids to run around. Perfect for families to unwind. Outdoor shower for sandy beach days. • Living room, 65inch smart TV, air-conditioning and double sized fold out sofa bed + recliner. X Box, games & record player • Separate dining room with table which seats four. Dining table can be used with WIFI as a working space. • Kitchen new appliances, including oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, blender, expresso machine, toaster, kettle. Slimline dishwasher. Cookware, serveware and glassware for 8+ people. • Bedroom 1 - King Bed, built-in wardrobe & chest of drawers, ceiling fan and airconditioning, 40inch TV • Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, built-in wardrobe & chest of drawers, ceiling fan and airconditioning, 40inch TV • Bedroom 3/Sunroom converted to bedroom - 2 King Singles + one single day bed and wardrobe. 2 singles can be zipped together to configure a King Bed + one day bed single. This room has no air conditioning but does have a tower fan. This room also has the doorway which leads to the backyard.
