Cockburn Retreat Home is only 18 minutes drive on the Freeway to Perth CBD. The unique location boasts of easy access to all public amenities while enjoying country ambience with lots of big trees, flowers, vegetables and fruit trees. The guest unit consists of a large master bedroom with reverse cycle A/C ensuite (with private bathroom and toilet, a queen bed, walk-in wardrobe), a second bedroom (with a double and a single bed, open only upon prior arrangement), and a large lounge with reclining sofas and coffee table. The second bedroom is open free only to bookings made for more than two people. Otherwise it shall remain locked during occupancy period. A cleaning fee will be charged if guests wish to have it opened for their use.
My wife and I live on one side of the house while the guests stay on another side with your private entry and space. We both love outdoor activities and gardening and look forward to meeting people from other places.
Cockburn Home is only 2.7 km from Cockburn Central train station (on Kwinana Freeway) with Gateway Shopping Centre, South Central Commercial Area, and Stargate Shopping Centre nearby. The distances to Murdoch University, Curtin University, and University of Western Australia are about 7, 15, and 25 kilometers away respectively.
