A Private self contained unit within house set in beautiful surrounds Suit couples or single only…and…. friendly atmosphere. Double bed with 100% cotton hotel quality bedding for a very comfortable sleep Reverse cycle A/C Free Wifi Tea, coffee, milk, iron, hair dryer, microwave kettle, toaster, utensils, pots, two burner induction cooker, small fridge Plates, bowls, wine and beer glasses. •Small table setting for two. Off street free parking available. Happy Stay..!!!
Originally from heart of the Matara city in Srilanka. Migrated to Australia on 2005 with my wife under Skilled migration Australian Sponsored Category. I am an Automotive Technician and my wife is Childcare Cook. I was a merchant sailor for 6 years sail around the world in my unforgettable teenage time. My wife worked both Government and private sector in Srilanka. We lived 5 years in Melbourne and I love both states equally .. This is brand new unit just completed few months ago. Unbroken nature strip in front of the unit. Not busy Neighbourhood. You may lucky enough to see Kangaroo running in the evening. Plenty of walk ways overlooking Gunghalin town centre 6 minutes drive to Coles shopping, liquor shops, Aldi, Indian shops and restaurant, fuel station Off street parking available
