This Holiday Home is set up for the family to enjoy. It can accomodate up 4 adults and has x2 living spaces along with x2 large outdoor entertaining spaces as well. The kitchen is fully equiped and the house has BBQ facilities as well.
Our house is walking distance to Dutchman’s Beach, Nelson Bay Town Centre, Marina and Parks, Playgrounds, Kids Activities, Golf (All within 10mins walk). If you want to drive. - Woolworths is a 3min drive away. - Nelson Bay Golf Course is a 3min drive away. - Kmart is a 7min drive away. - Anytime Fitness Gym is 7min drive away. - Shoal Bay is a 7min drive away. - Fingal Bay Beach is a 10min drive away.
