This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa is situated in the Cape Villas Complex. Situated in a peaceful bush setting location. There are pathways which take you to the heart of Dunsborough.
The space
The kitchen, living & dining is open plan with large lounge, flat screen tv & kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances including oven, hot plate, fridge, dishwasher & microwave.
There are 3 spacious bedrooms, bedroom 1 has built in wardrobes, wall mounted tv & spacious ensuite. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The second bedroom has a bunk bead with double bed on the bottom and single bed on top. Also with built in wardrobes & wall mounted tv as does the third bedroom and also with a queen size bed.
The second bathroom incorporates the laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Relax on the gorgeous timber decked under cover area with outdoor settings and wall mounted bbq.
