The main house sleeps six and a spacious, self contained annexe also sleeps 6. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. The main house is a single storey design and opens onto a lovely deck with fantastic views of Jervis Bay. There is a large open plan area that takes in the kitchen, dining and a comfy TV lounge. Three bedrooms connect to the living area via a hallway - the master bedroom with water views and a queen bed, a second queen bedroom, and a third kids' room with bunk beds. All bedrooms share a common bathroom with shower and bath, and there is a separate toilet. The detached annexe has a very large living area with 2 bunk beds and a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a small kitchenette, a shower and toilet, and a connected internal laundry. The configuration of the annexe allows the kids to enjoy the bunk beds and living area, whilst Mum and Dad can have their own space in the separate bedroom.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
