Three Level Townhouse Overlooking the River 1/74 WOOLI STREET, YAMBA Extra large townhouse with beautiful views of the river and only minutes walk to beaches, river, golf course, markets, clubs, cafes, skate park, restaurants and downtown main street. This is a beautiful three level property that is light, bright and tastefully furnished and decorated. The space The centre of the home features the large lounge and dining areas that flow through double glazed stacked doors onto the wrap around verandah with retractable blinds, river view and BBQ area. Modern fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The top level has the three big bedrooms, the main with river outlook and ensuite. Air conditioned living areas and ceiling fans throughout. The lower level has its own entrance plus large double garage and laundry. Security doors throughout and tinted windows. Linen & towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix
