This special place is close to everything, just 2 minutes to everything! 2 min walk to the main beach, Sawtell's main street that has cafes and restaurants, the Cinema, shops, the Sawtell Pub and the Sawtell RSL.
Hi, I’m an Occupational Therapist who has lived on the Coffs Coast for over 30 years. I enjoy cycling, yoga and going to the beach. My villa is across the road from Sawtell's main beach which supports this wonderful lifestyle. If you have any questions or need any recommendations just ask!
Across the road from Sawtell Surf Club and just around the corner from First Avenue being the main street of Sawtell where you will find cafes and restaurants, bakeries and shops. Just leave the car walk to everything!
