Located on a whisper quiet street just 150m from the calm waters of Rockingham Beach, our cosy three bedroom (2 Queens & 2 Single beds), one bathroom villa features a grassed backyard and open paved entertaining patio, with more than enough space for the whole family to enjoy. Light and bright with floor to ceiling windows, floorboards, new kitchen with ample preparation and cupboard space, three well-proportioned bedrooms with ceiling fans, updated bathroom/laundry area, air conditioning, security screens to doors and bedroom windows. Undercover parking and complimentary WIFI
