Apartman Matrix smješten je na Jahorini, na 100 metara od žičare Trnovo, 1,7 km od žičare Ogorjelica 2 i 2,4 km od žičare Rajska Dolina. Postoji ski staza duzine 100 metara do okretnice ski lifta Trnovo i moguce je na skijama doci i otici na skijanje. Ispred objekta je veliki novi parking u vlasnistvu OC Jahorina i moguca je naplata istog po cijeni od 7,5 EU dan. Moguce je uzeti visednevnu kartu na ulaznoj rampi koja kosta 25EU za 7 dana. U sklopu objekta nalazi se ski rental gdje je moguce iznajmiti ski opremu. U objektu se nalazi i ski servis gdje je moguce uraditi servis ski opreme.
Objekat se nalazi u novom naselju gdje ima dosta parkinga i nema guzve. U sklopu objekta nalazi se AC punjac 17kW max. power (sa type 2 kablom ), povezan u roming platformu Hubject, vidan i kompatibilan sa svim evropskim aplikacijama i RFID karticama. Punjenje moguce preko lokalnog QR-koda, Scan&Charge sa vasom kreditnom karticom.
