The apartment is located in a brand new building in a quiet neighborhood offering many recreational and sports facilities. The Otoka Olympic Swimming Pool is just steps away offering an indoor swimming pool, a fitness center, and a sauna. A football stadium and a mosque are also nearby. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy cycling or walking along the Miljacka river which is next to the property.
