Bright, modernly furnished family home in a quiet neighborhood, a stone's throw from Leuven and with a direct train connection to Brussels. Four spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a study, a cozy living room, a beautiful terrace, and a small garden. Parking is available in front of the house and in public spaces nearby. Registered with the tourism authority in Flanders (Toerisme Vlaanderen): Property ID 401753.
Love to travel, meet new people, experience new cultures. Open-minded, straightforward, honest. Clean! Dad of 3 and animal lover.
Residential area, very quiet, but close to everything. Get to Leuven in 15 minutes by bike or bus, or walk to the station where you can catch trains to Brussels and beyond. It's a kid-friendly neighourhood with many young families and quiet streets where kids can play.
