If you are looking for a small quiet place you will feel at home in this Scandinavian style studio apartment. Prepare-It-Yourself breakfast is included in the price. Fully renovated 2 years ago, 35 m2, with a small bathroom and a fully equipped kitchenette, Wi-Fi and a large flat screen cable TV. In the garden there is a playground, a trampoline, table & chairs, BBQ and an outdoor ping pong table. The Studio apartment was granted 3 stars by the Commissariat Général au Tourisme in Wallonia. Floor heating. Top quality bed and mattress with Danish goose down duvets and pillows. We can provide one or two extra single beds, if you don't mind the space being a little tight. In the studio you will also find fresh fruit and biscuits, pasta, rice, spaghetti sauce, soup, chips and other goodies available free of charge. Non smoking studio. No pets allowed. Final move out cleaning included at the end of the stay. Cleaning products in the studio. No security deposit.
We are a friendly Danish-Spanish family of 2 adults and 4 children who like to meet people and share our experience of Belgium and the surroundings areas. We have lived in La Hulpe for 9 years.
The studio is well situated for taking trips around in Wallonia. Walibi amusement park and Aqualibi water land are only 15 min. away by car. Commission/Council/EP EU Quarter only 20 min. by train and central Brussels 30 min. away by car or by train. Chateau de La Hulpe is 2 km away, Waterloo is 15 km away. Large shopping center Esplanade/Louvain La Neuve is 15 min. by car or by train. Supermarket Carrefour is 1 km away. La Hulpe train station is 2 km away. Bus shuttle between our street and the train station twice an hour.
