Brand new 2022 apartments, located in Studentski grad. They have everything you need for your short or long term stay - king size bed, dining area, modern bathroom with toilet, fully equipped kitchen, wardrobe with hangers, WI-FI, TV, etc. They are perfect for a romantic getaway, business travels, solo travellers, students and everyone who enjoys modern designs combined with coziness and quiet atmosphere.

Studentski grad is one of a kind. It is the "student city" of Sofia - it is mainly populated with students, who make the area vibrant and unique. There are cafes, restaurants, night clubs and bars at a world level around. People from all over the country come here to enjoy being young, meet new people and start up their business. Тhe apartments are close to public transport, kinder garden, to a park, UNSS university, a lot of cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.
