At check-in time, tenants will receive instructions.

The comfortable and well-lit apartment is close to the hottest spot in Campos do Jordão, just a 6-minute walk from the renowned Baden Baden brewery and a variety of restaurants. The property has ample space and is equipped with top-of-the-line items, including a cozy fireplace, 42-inch SmartTV, digital safe, crib, internet access, a Nespresso machine, washer and dryer, as well as a full kitchen. equipped with a hairdryer and a gas shower. • Important rules • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. • All tenants must provide a photo of an official document prior to check-in for pre-registration. • A temporary rental agreement will be signed electronically prior to check-in. • Visits are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not allowed inside the property. • Animals are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of thirty-five reais per day and per PET. • ATTENTION: We would like to inform you that one of the bathrooms is temporarily closed due to ongoing maintenance works. The property still has one full bathroom and a powder room available. • A security deposit of up to two thousand reais is requested when making the reservation.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, minors under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents of minors will also be required for legal proof. • Checkout time must be strictly respected. A fine of half a day will be charged if there is a delay of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 days from 1 hour of delay. • Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A fine of 3 nights will be charged if the rule is not respected. • All infractions are subject to a contractual fine and termination of the lease without any refund of amounts paid. • Any fine applied by the condominium to the property during the lease period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documentation and contract signature must be sent no later than 10:45 pm on the day of check-in. If it is not sent by this time, the entry of tenants will only be made the next day after 8:00 am, and no amount will be refunded. • Booking extensions must be made by 9:30 pm the day before check-out. After this time the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais can be requested when making the reservation and will be returned within 72 hours after departure. • Photos of food, beverages, and plants are for illustrative purposes only. • The loss or misplacement of control of the building's garage will incur an immediate fine of three hundred reais per item, regardless of the later return of the item. • Pets are only allowed upon payment of a Pet Fee of thirty-five reais per day per PET.
