Beautiful one bedroom private basement apartment with separate entrance, spacious and centrally located. 5mins walk to shopping malls and parks and 1minute walk to bus stop. Private One bedroom basement apartment with all modern amenities; Spacious living room, Dining section and spacious kitchen, standard refrigerator with water/ice dispenser, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. Unlimited high speed wifi, Telus, Netflix and Disney on new Smart TV. Water/Coffee/tea and cream are available. The 14” cozy mattress will make you feel comfortable and warm. Sparkly bathroom with latest Moen magnetic hand shower and new Moen bathroom faucet all for your comfort. Extra towels, beddings, and supplies are available according to your needs. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you need more. We are here to make you comfortable. The Refrigerator can dispense water, ice cubes and crushed ice for your water and wine. Enjoy this place like your home and take good care of the amenities and appliances. Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Videos, and Telus TV are included in your stay. The apartment is situated in very quiet area of Legacy with double garage in front of the buildings. There is a paved alley at the back of the building for additional packing if you want to park at the back of the building. The entire apartment and all the amenities. All kitchen appliances are available just like home. Please No smoking, Vaping or e-cigarettes and No Pet allowed. Telus Cable TV, Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime videos are available on 2025 Samsung Smart TV for your entertainment.
