Sign our rental agreement 2. Verify your ID 3. Damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ★ Please note: On Monday, October 20, 2025, Wildrose Electric will be installing heat trace cabling on the hot tub roof. The hot tub will be closed for the day, but the pool and wading pool will remain open. We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Height clearance for the underground parkade is 7 feet. We offer a Pack & Play at no cost with 24 hrs notice before check-in. We don’t keep them on-site, as they’re cleaned off-site between guests. Requests after check-in incur a 75 CAD delivery fee. An overnight supervisor will be on site to support guards & guests, and respond promptly to concerns. NOTE - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping). A CAD500 + tax fee applies if evidence of indoor smoking is found. - No Outdoor Footwear inside the unit. - Our homes are stocked with essentials for approximately 7 days. For longer stays, guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they need.
