The top floor apartment has plenty of open plan space in a cosy light wood setting with fireplace and large window with great views onto the Corvatsch mountain arena and the old village of Sils It is located centrally in the pictoreque old town of Sils Maria (10 km from St. Moritz) and there is direct access the Corvatsch ski arena. Cross country slopes start directly in front of the building complex of the "Alpenrose Residenz". The apartment has all modern amenities with a fully equipped kitchen, three Bedrooms (PLEASE NOTE: two can be closed off with doors and one is part of the open-plan upper mezzanine -- as it can be seen on the pictures -- with it's own living room corner and office table). The apartment has two bathrooms (one with bath and one with large shower) with toilets. There are two underground parking spaces inclusive and exclusively reserved for our guests during their stay with a lift directly to the apartment floor.

You will experience it every day. In the delightful village of Sils in the Engadin at 1,802 metres above sea level, you feel everything more intensely: the tranquillity, the seasons, the light, nature, and not least happiness. Holidaymakers who found St. Moritz too "glittery" moved on to Sils Maria. While this is what happened a hundred years ago, it is still the case today. You will feel it at every turn: here in our village, it is not about seeing and being seen. Visitors to Sils are looking for a more soothing and soulful experience, while enjoying the hospitality of a small village with around 750 inhabitants, where the century-old tradition of tourism still lives on.
