Appartement en attique se composant d’une grande pièce à vivre avec 1 canapé convertible de 2 personnes (180 cm), 1 canapé 3 places, 2 fauteuils, 1 table basse, une TV, une table de salle-à-manger pour 6 personnes, 1 cuisine ouverte sur la pièce à vivre (plaques de cuisson électriques, 1 four, 1 frigo, 1 cafetière filtre…), 1 chambre avec 2 lits simples (90 x 190 cm) et 1 petit bureau, 1 salle d’eau avec baignoire et un grand balcon avec 1 table et 2 chaises. (Une cheminé est présente mais non utilisable !) Une armoire à ski dans un local intérieur est disponible à l’entrée au rez du bâtiment. (pas de place de parking au souterrain mais sur les places extérieures réservées à la PPE 1826).

Charmant petit village familial, Champoussin est situé à 1600 m d'altitude au cœur du domaine skiable et de VTT des Portes du Soleil, domaine de 600 km de piste. Tout est à proximité : bars et restaurants, supérette, aire de jeu, école de ski, magasins de sport, nombreux sentiers de balade, de tir à l'arc, de ski, de raquettes et de VTT. Location de VTT électriques ou non, de raquettes et matériel de tir à l'arc.
