Located in Unterterzen, directly on the shores of Lake Walensee, this accommodation has a lot to offer: the apartment is located on the ground floor, on the waterfront with a covered terrace, free Wi-Fi, a lawn located between the terrace and the water and free private parking. The gondola to the beautiful Flumserberg ski area is only 150 metres away from the apartment. The resort has a playground, a boccia court, a soccer cage, a restaurant and a public beach with kiosk. The apartment offers water and mountain views, a seating area, a fireplace, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave/oven, induction hob, coffee machine and kettle. It has a bathroom with a shower, bath, sauna, toilet and hairdryer. There is also an extra toilet. The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a double bed. An extra bed can be placed at a charge. In January and February, it is a top location for a wonderful winter holiday. The gondola to the Flumserberg ski area is across the street from the resort. Ski passes can be bought there and there are plenty of ski rental options. In July and August, it is beautiful being so close to the water enjoying the mountain view, with opportunities for water sports, boat rental, sup rental or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful weather. At the resort there is a public beach with kiosk. Hiking in the mountains is of course one of the possibilities. From Tannenboden, accessible by gondola, there are several hiking and mountain biking routes. The cities of Zurich (70km) and Chur (45km) are well worth a visit, with their historic city centres. The nearest airport is St. Gallen-Altenrhein, 83 km from the accommodation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed.
