Decorated with orange and red furniture, rug and pillows, Pacifico L-1010 in Coco is a 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo on the second floor that hits all the right notes. A big, beautiful dining table seats six on cushioned wicker chairs, or you can eat on the pool-view balcony at a table for four. One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a double bed, and one has a king four-poster bed, backed by a red wall with orange Buddha art. There’s a TV in the living room, and the granite kitchen has reddish paint and blond cabinets. Pacifico features resort-style swimming pools, a poolside bar and grill, and an offsite beach club with a restaurant, bar and pool right on the ocean. Pacifico offers 24/7 gated, guarded security and the convenience of a central location where it’s not much of a hike to the beach. There may be no better home base from which to explore the vibrant and funky Playas del Coco. Playas del Coco This big town/little city on Costa Rica’s Gold Coast has it all, starting with a gorgeous, blue-green bay dotted with fishing boats, dive boats and sailboats offering sunset tours. In front of the popular beach is a winding promenade with a basketball court and skate park, and the area is rich in hotels, restaurants, bars and stores catering to every need. Refunds are determined by cancellation policies, and in addition, SPCR charges a 5% cancellation fee over the total booking amount or a minimum of USD 75 and added 13%, plus any applicable merchant fees. This will be withheld from any refund on a deposit. Refunds will be processed to the credit card on file, or via wire transfer if deposit was made by wire transfer. SPCR recommends travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable contingencies.
