Our company was established in 2021. We have Pura Natura Riverside facing the Tortuguero Canal and we also have Pura Natura Beachfront facing the ocean.

Property information

The best things about Tortuguero are its canals, its forest, and the turtles. That's why we designed these rooms to connect with and enjoy the views of the beautiful canals and forest. Their location (facing the canal) and design allow for maximum enjoyment of this place. You're also close to the ocean, so you can take advantage of both beauties, we are surrounded by the flora and fauna characteristic of the Tropical Rainforest. Our small beachfront hotel in Tortuguero offers an authentic and tranquil experience. Our guests love waking up to the sound of the nature, enjoying the canal views, and being just steps from the town center. Each room is designed for comfort, with air conditioning, hot water, and comfortable beds, ideal for resting after a day of adventure. Our team is always available to help with local recommendations or book unforgettable tours, such as canoeing, kayaking, and hiking through the National Park. Whether you're looking for adventure or relaxation, our natural surroundings and personalized service make us a favorite choice for many travelers.

Neighbourhood information

Tortuguero is a small town located on Costa Rica's Caribbean coast. The population is made up of immigrants from different countries, creating a cultural mix. It is one of the most visited ecotourism destinations due to its scenic beauty and high biodiversity. Tortuguero consists of a coastal strip where the four species of sea turtles that breed in the Caribbean come to lay their eggs. Pura Natura is located five minutes from Tortuguero National Park, where tourist activities such as canoeing, kayaking and birdwatching are available, day hikes to the park or Tortuguero Hill, night hikes around Tortuguero, and finally, the specialty, the green turtle night tour, which runs from July to October. Activities in the community include biking, visiting the turtle museum, and accessing Tortuguero Hill. You can also find restaurants, souvenir shops, and supermarkets.
