Be My Guest Cyprus (BMG) is a young and dynamic company based in Limassol specialising in managing property for clients living locally and abroad. Our main focus is on short term holiday rentals which require more time and attention, however provide property owners better security and annual yield from their investment. Our portfolio not only consists of properties for our clients, but also of our own, therefore as owners we understand the property market from both perspectives. BMG is owned by Mario who lives in Limassol with his family. Having spent over 20 years in London, he considers himself an English Cypriot and therefore professionalism and hospitality come naturally to him. Because of his love for travelling and meeting new people he knows how important it is to feel welcome when guests arrive, therefore he always does his utmost to make their stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Being a local he is always on hand to assist guests find the right places to visit and can help with airport transfers if required. Please feel free to contact us anytime with any questions or help.

Property information

The cottage is located within walking distance to the centre of Kellaki village. It offers a spacious garden with a seating area and a private saltwater swimming pool along with several umbrellas and sun beds to help guests relax and soak up the sun. The large garden pergola area provides a dining table and chairs for all 6 guests to enjoy during the day or in the evening with the beautiful view of the countryside. Both twin bedrooms include 2 single beds, fitted wardrobes, hairdryer, a/c and en-suite shower/toilet facilities. The cottage is detached from other buildings and offers privacy and has its' own private entrance and parking spaces for 2 cars. The living room provides a comfortable setting with a double sofa bed (if more than 4 guests are staying) and free Wi-Fi internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery and utensils and has a washing machine and dishwasher (if required) along with a dining table and chairs.
