Villa Felix Ocean View Villa has been fully refurbished in 2022. New air conditioner, new solar water heating systems, new swimming pool, pool shower and tiles and lights, glass ballustrade, highspeed Internet, HD-TV with more than 10'000 channels (!) and video database with more than 1000 movies is welcoming guests. Centrally located, near all the amenities of Coral Bay, the villa is in a calm area. A fantastic view over the mediterranean Sea can be joined from the bedroom, living room and the patios/terraces. For any special requests a property management is 24/7 at your service.
Seaside Coral Bay centers on most popular beaches of Cyprus, which are overlooked by villas and resort hotels, as well as dive centers and watersports rental shops. Sidewalk cafes, grills, and cocktail bars cluster on Coral Bay Avenue, alongside a few low-key souvenir stores. Sitting on a headland, the subterranean Maa-Paleokastro Museum displays Bronze Age finds under its sleek contemporary dome. Inhabited since Neolithic times, nearby regional capital Paphos has several sites relating to the cult of goddess Aphrodite, whose mythical birthplace was at Old Paphos (Kouklia). New Paphos is the modern city that incorporates the harbor, and the ancient ruins of tombs, fortresses, theaters and villas at Paphos Archaeological Park. Just north of Coral Bay is the Akamas National Reserve Park, World Heritage. Akamas, being a mountainous, relatively inaccessible area, supports an incredible collection of biodiversity with 22 endemic species. The Akamas peninsula – protected from man-made development - is home to hundreds of animal species and plants within a stunning scenery.
