A beautiful new apartment, approved for occupancy in 2024, located in the center of Brno, featuring high ceilings, oak ceiling beams and flooring. Air recuperation system, spacious wardrobe, luxurious solid bed. Fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, dishwasher, 500/500Gb optical internet, workspace, washer dryer combo, bathtub. Quiet, airy apartment.

The apartment is located in the newly emerging center of Brno, 150m from the bus station, 150m from the Vaňkovka Gallery shopping center. Near the exits from the D1 and D2 highways, with the train station just 400m away.
